Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Ranip, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Skills: Good communication skills in English, Sales & Negotiation Skills, Project Management, Self Motivation, Analytical Skills, Calling Etiquette
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Sourcing & Management
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google Search, Client Website, etc of the decision maker from IT, Healthcare and Restaurant industry.
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.
2) Cold Calling
- Doing cold calling to the clients and getting the appointment for the meeting.
3) Sales Meeting
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about the targeted clients.
- Having effective requirement understanding meetings in order to understand client needs, desires and problems with digital marketing.
- Suggest solutions based on the needs, desires and problems of the client.
4) Sales Proposal
- Create a presentation based on the client requirements.
- Present the solution to the client.
5) Sales Conversion
- Negotiate Win – Win deals.
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
6) Sales Conversion
- Use AI to record or record manually all discussions with the client.
- Be the interface between the client and the operation team from contract to project kickoff meeting.
Performance Metrics
- No of meetings per week and per month.
- No of accounts converted per month.
- Revenue generated per month.
